Parental Leave
ideas42 is proud to support team members as they grow their families. Effective April 1, 2025, eligible team members receive up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave.
For US-based team members
Team members receive 100% of salary during the 18-week leave. Pay is coordinated between Short-term Disability (MetLife), Paid State Leave (in eligible states), and ideas42 'top-off' contributions to ensure full salary.
- Short-term Disability: 6 weeks (vaginal) or 8 weeks (C-section) at 60% — ideas42 tops off to 100%.
- Paid State Leave: 12 weeks in CA, CO, CT, DC, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VA, WA.
- FMLA runs concurrently with paid parental leave.
